We determine if your commercial real estate is fairly assessed or over-assessed.  Over-assessment can occur for a variety of reasons, and we determine if the approach the county appraiser has taken is the best approach to use in determining fair market value for the property in question.  We also look for errors in your assessment.  From simple measurement errors to the incorrect tax cap being applied during assessment, we uncover the errors that cost your business money.  Additionally, we evaluate the real estate to see if it qualifies for a property tax exemption.

Once an appeal is resolved, we continue to work for you!  We track the assessment of your property to ensure you are continuing to be fairly assessed.  A successful appeal does not guarantee that you won't be unfairly assessed in the future.  We track your property and alert you if we see a jump in the assessed value that warrants further investigation and evaluation. 
Appeal Filing and Follow-up
We handle all the paperwork.  We file the appeals, provide documentation to support the appeal, negotiate with assessors, appear at PTBOA hearings, and appeal to the State (if warranted) until the appeal is resolved.
